Chris Howes is a gcLi Alumni and the Dean of Students of Severn School in Severna Park, MD. In the last three years, under the stewardship of Chris and a diverse team of teachers and administrators, Severn has been intentionally and systematically applying the pedagogy of leadership. Through careful cultivation of the teachable moment and strategic trainings positioned throughout the calendar, students are being empowered and guided to lead.
